Reports¶
Every administrator can view dashboards and reports, ask questions and download data. To add or change dashboards, tiles, reports and schedules, your role also needs Manage dashboards.
Dashboards¶
Your organization starts with an Overview dashboard showing order totals, orders by day, the most popular products, who prints and orders the most, orders by office, activity by person and recent orders. Choose a Period (Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or Custom) and optionally an Office; number tiles compare against the previous period. Times are US Eastern. Click a tile's title or Open to see the full report.
To change a dashboard, click Edit. Drag tiles by their handle, resize them from the bottom-right corner, and use the gear icon to change a tile's title and chart type. Click Save when done. The More menu lets you create a new dashboard, copy this one, make it the default, reset it to the original layout, or delete it. To add a tile, click Add tile and pick a report, or ask a question and add the answer to the dashboard.
Ask¶
Ask lets you question your organization's orders, products, offices, people and activity in plain language, for example "Who prints the most 4x6s?". Type a question, optionally choose a period and office, and click Ask. The answer shows a chart and table, which you can download as CSV or Excel. If the answer isn't quite right, describe what to change and click Refine. With Manage dashboards you can save the answer as a report or pin it to a dashboard. Questions are answered only from your organization's data.
Reports¶
A report is a built-in question with saved settings and a chart. Picsha includes Order totals, Orders by day, Most popular products, Who orders the most, Who prints the most, Orders by office, Activity by person, Recent orders, Order lines and Activity log. To make your own, click New report, choose what it is Based on, a chart type, and any saved defaults such as office, product, fulfiller or status. Open a report to change its dates and filters, see all rows, and download up to 10,000 rows as CSV or Excel.
Schedules¶
A schedule runs a saved report regularly and emails the recipients a link to the CSV, valid for seven days. Click Email on a schedule on a report, or add one on the Schedules page. Choose the report, a name (used as the email subject), the period each run covers, the cadence (every day, weekdays, Mondays or the first of the month at 7:00, or a custom schedule), the time zone, optional office and product filters, and the recipients. Use Run now to send it immediately and Pause to stop it temporarily.
