Viewing an asset

Double-click a tile to open it in the viewer. Click Back to Grid to return to the same place in the library.

• Images are shown with boxes around detected faces.
• Videos play in the browser, including professional formats such as MXF, RED R3D and Nikon NEV.
• Documents (PDF, Word and InDesign) show every page, with scrolling and zoom.

The side panel has the tabs Details, Edit, Versions and Order, depending on your role and the file type. Edit and Versions are hidden on assets from another office when your role may change only what your own office uploaded. Drag the panel's edge to resize it, or click the chevron to collapse it.
Open the thumbnail strip at the bottom of the viewer to move between assets. Browse by offers:

• Current Sort: the assets from your library view.
• Same Session: other files uploaded in the same session.
• Like Images: up to 10 visually similar images.

To download or delete an asset, go back to the grid and use the action bar.
