Versions

The Versions tab shows the asset's Version History: the Original and each later version, with the date, the change made, who made it, and which version is Current.

• To make an earlier version current again, tick it and click Elevate Selected. You can restore the Original this way.
• To delete versions, tick them and click Delete Selected. This happens without a confirmation. The Original and the current version can't be deleted.
• Use Version Notes to leave notes about the asset for colleagues; type @ to mention someone.

Uploading a new version

To replace a file with one you edited elsewhere, click Upload new version…, choose the file, and it becomes the current version. The asset keeps its metadata, audience and earlier versions. If the file is identical to an existing version, you'll see No changes found.
