Editing photos

Select one photo item and click Edit, or double-click the item. The photo editor opens the full-size original photo with the customer's crop, frame and stickers already in place, and you can change any of them. Its tools are Crop, Filter, Finetune, Annotate, Decorate, Frame, Sticker and Resize. The Frame and Sticker trays offer the frames and stickers that the person who placed the order could use, including those for their office.
Click Done to save. The thumbnail updates, and the edited photo is what Print, Download and Noritsu Hot Folder use from then on. Close the window with the X to discard your changes.
Edits are non-destructive: when you open the item again, the editor starts from the original photo with your earlier edits applied, so you can change or undo them. Edited photos are saved at full size. Editing does not change the order's status and is not shown to the customer.

Editing PDF and Word documents

Select one PDF, .doc or .docx item and click Edit, or double-click it. PDFs open in a full PDF editor where you can annotate and change text. Word documents open in a Word-style editor. Click Save to keep your changes or Cancel to discard them. Annotations stay editable after saving.
