Posting to social media

If your administrator has given you access to social media accounts, select images and click Post. Write a Caption, tick the accounts under Post to, and click Post now, or choose Schedule for later and a date and time. Each network limits how many images one post can carry (for example 10 for Instagram and Facebook, 4 for X and Bluesky), and X captions are cut at 280 characters.
If you own a set of social accounts, link them in Settings, Social accounts with Link accounts. That page also lists the accounts you can post to.
