Order items

The Order Preview panel shows one tile per item (job) in the order, with a thumbnail, the file name, and the number of copies and product, for example "2x 5x7 Print".

Each photo item comes with a full-size image of the photo exactly as the customer ordered it, with their crop, frame and stickers applied, so Print, Download and Noritsu Hot Folder can use it straight away. Items from older orders may not have one yet: the first time you print, download or export such an item, the Lab makes the full-size image from the original photo and the customer's edits, which takes a few seconds.

Selecting items

• Click an item to select it.
• Ctrl-click (Cmd-click on a Mac) to add or remove an item from the selection.
• Shift-click to select a range of items.
• Click an empty area to clear the selection.

Selected items have a blue border and a check mark. The four buttons at the top of the panel act on the selection: Download, Print, Noritsu Hot Folder and Edit.

Downloading items

Select one or more items and click Download. Each file downloads separately, at full size and exactly as ordered, with the customer's crop, frame and stickers applied. Photos download as JPEG files (.jpg) and documents as their original files. Your browser may ask whether to allow the site to download multiple files; allow it. If an item has been edited in the Lab, the edited version is downloaded.

Printing

Select one or more photo items and click Print to open your browser's print dialog with the photos at full size, exactly as ordered. Photos and documents print separately: select only photos, or one document.

To print a document, select a PDF or Word document item and click Print to open your browser's print dialog for that document. If several documents are selected, the first one is printed. If you are asked to log in again, sign out and back in, then retry.
